My Story

My name is Jason Patzer and I’ve spent 11 years working in the coffee industry. I enjoy learning all that I can in regards to coffee. I’m always reading and researching that latest thing. My goal here is to help you find and make great coffee, whatever that means to you.

I live here in Neenah, but enjoy traveling all over. When I do travel, I am constantly on the look out for a great cup of coffee. As soon as I know my destination and route, I immediately start researching coffee shops in the area and along the route. I read reviews and look at websites trying to figure out what kind of coffee is served and how they serve it. It is often very difficult to figure it out.

It occurred to me that I could help anyone else out there like me if they happen to be coming to this area or if you already live here and just looking to try new things. Thus, PatzerCoffee was born.
